Vickie Karamales is, by far, the best broker/realtor we have ever worked with. She is more than a broker/realtor --- she is family! Vickie helped me with the purchase and then the sale of a home in the span of 9 years. Absolutely my first choice for an agent. She is an expert in her field. If I ever move back to Louisiana, my first call will be to Vickie.

For being first time home buyers we were expecting to be very overwhelmed and stressed out, especially with our tight schedule. But Vickie was able to make the process so seamless and stressless we literally didn't have to worry about a thing. We were able to find a home in three days, and she got us closed by the end of the month! Which totally exceeded our expectations since we heard it usually takes much longer than that. She was very informative and dedicated, she would always call or email us as soon as she received any information or documents about the home and made sure we understood what we were signing and constantly kept us updated during the whole process. She was very proactive and if there was ever a glitch or issue she would fix it immediately so that we wouldn't have to worry about it. She did the same thing with our closing costs, they came back higher than projected so she called and took care of it before we ever had to worry about it. It was clear that she had our best interest at heart and she felt very genuine. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience with Vickie, and we plan on working with her again when the time comes to sell our home. “We selected Vickie to list a house that we wanted to sell. She did a market survey for us and presented a number of similar homes for sell in our market with a comparison to our house for pricing. With her help we decided the price we wanted. Vickie made some suggestions about some minor repairs and upgrades that would enhance the property and we followed her suggestions. When the house was offered for sale it was shown on the first day and the buyer made an offer. After a little negotiation we agreed to a deal with the buyer and closed the deal about 30 days later.
