First let me say that I have no experience with buying or selling a house. Luckily, when I purchased my home I had a close friend who was a real estate agent. Eight years later, I decided to downsize. I asked my friend, who had moved away, which real estate agent she would trust. She said Vickie Karamales. I was impressed with Vickie Karamales' positive attitude right from the start. My house was a challenge to sell as it had been a rental, had been empty for a while, and I was living in another country! Vickie took charge, was enthusiastic, encouraging, and a pleasure to deal with. She worked hard and was always very quick to respond to any questions. “We selected Vickie to list a house that we wanted to sell. She did a market survey for us and presented a number of similar homes for sell in our market with a comparison to our house for pricing. With her help we decided the price we wanted. Vickie made some suggestions about some minor repairs and upgrades that would enhance the property and we followed her suggestions. When the house was offered for sale it was shown on the first day and the buyer made an offer. After a little negotiation we agreed to a deal with the buyer and closed the deal about 30 days later. Ms Karamales has been the most prepared and dedicated agent I've ever had. From the start she has placed me first. Every conversation feels like I'm the only one who she works for. She has coordinated between the buyer and their financial provider to ensure that the closing was smooth and quick.
