Was amazing and helpful for the whole experience, especially me , who had no home owning experience and will return to Vickie if I’m thinking of buying any more properties.

For being first time home buyers we were expecting to be very overwhelmed and stressed out, especially with our tight schedule. But Vickie was able to make the process so seamless and stressless we literally didn't have to worry about a thing. We were able to find a home in three days, and she got us closed by the end of the month! Which totally exceeded our expectations since we heard it usually takes much longer than that. She was very informative and dedicated, she would always call or email us as soon as she received any information or documents about the home and made sure we understood what we were signing and constantly kept us updated during the whole process. She was very proactive and if there was ever a glitch or issue she would fix it immediately so that we wouldn't have to worry about it. She did the same thing with our closing costs, they came back higher than projected so she called and took care of it before we ever had to worry about it. It was clear that she had our best interest at heart and she felt very genuine. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience with Vickie, and we plan on working with her again when the time comes to sell our home. Originally she was referred to us by someone we knew and it's obvious why, we recommend her to anyone looking to buy!
